The label
What is ONGLET OUVERT?
A t-shirt label about one subject only: the tabs you cannot bring yourself to close. Each chapter takes one and turns it into a piece. Ten chapters, one seal, a different colour every time.
Who is behind it?
One person, in France, registered as a micro-entreprise. Not a studio, not a catalogue reseller. All ten designs are original and the contact address reaches a real inbox.
Why can't I order yet?
Chapters open one at a time. Leave your address on the one that speaks to you: you get an email the day it opens, and nothing else.
The product
How much is it?
32 € per shirt, plus 4,90 € shipping per order whatever the number of pieces. No crossed-out price, no fake sale: this is what heavy organic cotton and print-to-order in France actually cost.
Which size should I take?
The cut is oversized with dropped shoulders. For a closer fit, take one size down. Sizes S to 2XL. The full chart, measured flat on a real shirt, is published before sales open.
What exactly is the fabric?
100% organic cotton, 220 gsm. A heavy jersey that does not go see-through after three washes, and a collar with no sewn label: just a printed size chip.
Is there anything on the front?
One thing, about the size of a pocket: the chapter seal, with the tab icon, the number and the name in the colour of that chapter. Nothing else. The document itself is printed large across the back.
How do I look after it?
Inside out, 30 degrees, no tumble dryer. Never iron directly on the print. That is the difference between a print that lasts years and one that flakes.
How it is made
Where is it printed?
In France, to order, by a partner printer, with water-based inks. The blank shirt itself is not woven in France, and we will not pretend otherwise.
Why print to order?
No stock means no boxes of unsold shirts and no sizes going to landfill. The honest trade-off: your shirt takes a few days longer, because it does not exist yet when you click.
Orders, shipping, returns
Which payment methods?
Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Shop Pay. Payment is handled by Shopify Payments: no card number passes through us or is stored by us.
How long until my order arrives?
Allow 2 to 4 working days for printing, then 2 to 3 days in transit within mainland France. A tracking number is emailed when the parcel leaves.
Can I send a shirt back?
Yes, 14 days after delivery to change your mind, no reason needed, shirt unworn. A misprint or a sizing error on our side is taken back at our cost. Full detail on the Returns page.
Do you ship abroad?
Not yet. Mainland France and Corsica only, until VAT, customs and carrier rates have been checked properly.
