A shirt printed to order is still a standard product: you keep every consumer right, including the right of withdrawal.
Changing your mind: 14 days
You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw, with no reason and no penalty. The shirt must come back complete and unworn: tried on, yes; worn for an evening or washed, no.
The refund is issued within 14 days of the product being received back, to the payment method used at purchase. Return postage is on you. The original shipping fee is refunded.
Faulty or non-conforming product
A misaligned print, ink flaking off at the first wash, a size delivered that is not the one ordered: that is not a return, it is a defect, and it costs you nothing.
Send a photo to contact.progqg@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Replacement or refund is covered in full, return postage included.
Legal warranties
Independently of the right of withdrawal, you benefit automatically and at no extra cost from:
- the legal warranty of conformity, for 2 years from delivery (articles L.217-3 and following of the French Consumer Code). It entitles you to repair or replacement of a non-conforming product, failing which a price reduction or cancellation of the sale;
- the warranty against hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code), for 2 years from the discovery of the defect.
For 24 months after delivery you do not have to prove the defect already existed at delivery: it is presumed.
How to notify us
A plain, unambiguous email is enough. You can also copy this template:

Then send the product back within 14 days of your notification, to the return address we will email you.
Consumer mediation
If a dispute cannot be settled directly, you may use a consumer mediator free of charge. The mediator's details will be published here before sales open, as required by article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code.
