Every shirt is printed after you order. The total delay is therefore production time plus transit time.

Shipping is 4,90 € per order, whatever the number of pieces: ordering two chapters does not cost two shipping fees.
We do not ship outside mainland France yet. Other countries will open once VAT rules, customs and carrier rates have been checked, and not before.
Where the time goes
- Printing: 2 to 4 working days. That is the time the workshop needs to produce your piece, check it and pack it.
- Transit: 2 to 3 working days within mainland France.
Orders placed at the weekend or on a public holiday go into production on the next working day. During a chapter launch, printing may take an extra day or two: this is flagged on the product page before you confirm.
Tracking
A confirmation email is sent as soon as you order. A second email, with the tracking number, is sent when the parcel leaves the workshop. If nothing arrives, check your spam folder before writing to us: automated messages often land there.
If the parcel never arrives
Write to contact.progqg@gmail.com with your order number. We open an enquiry with the carrier. If the parcel is declared lost, it is reprinted and reshipped at our cost, or refunded: your choice.
Incomplete address
A parcel returned because of a wrong address or an absent recipient will be reshipped once a new shipping fee is paid. Please check your address before confirming: it is the one mistake we cannot fix for free.
